- CNC machining -
- including multi-axis mill/turn, horizontal and vertical machining centers. Most of our lathes are bar fed for productivity. From copper to titanium we cut it all.
- Design & Engineering -
- Two mechanical engineers on staff to provide you with product design and manufacturing engineering support. Our CAD/CAM software is top of the line - SolidWorks & D.P. Technology's ESPRIT.
- Vibratory Finishing -
- Cut down and deburr to polish we have the machines to finish your components.
- Heat Treatment, Grinding, Coatings -
- There's no need for you to incurr excess shipping charges in order to finish your parts. We provide a one stop solution for components requiring secondary operations.
- Assembly -
- We can preassemble your components, guarenteeing their proper function and saving you the time and cost of extra handling.
